Our hospital provides appropriate medical services to every patient regardless of diseases, genders, races, geographic locations or social classes.
Safety
Our hospital ensures patient safety and prevents patient's harm from care.
Information
Based on the concept of "Patient-Centered Care", our doctors will explain your medical conditions, major examinations, tests, treatment principles and prognosis to you or your accompanied family members.
Privacy
Our hospital will do our best to fulfill the responsibility by law on confidentiality of protecting your medical condition(s) and information known during the process of medical service. If you do not wish to make your hospitalization information accessible to visitors, please notify the admission office or nursing station
Respect
You should receive appropriate respect during the process of medical services delivery.
Continued Care
We will assist you in arranging transfer or home care visits according to your needs on the day you are discharged from the hospital.
Specialty
All our medical staffs wear identifications. You may reject any medical services provided by those do not have the identification.
Informing
You have the right to sign your living will (a medical decision planed in advance for contingent use), such as choosing or withdrawing Hospice and Palliative Care, Do-Not-Resuscitate. Instead of providing aggressive treatments or resuscitation, our doctors will respect terminal illness patient's will and provide pain control or palliative care. You can also write down your wishes about donating your bodily organs and tissues following your death or choose your designated health proxy for medical decisions. Declinature
You have the rights to reject any medicine, treatments, examinations, or operations, while your doctor has the responsibility to inform the results of your rejection. In order to promote medical education and as a teaching hospital, we invite you to participate in our teaching activities. However you have the right to reject any lab tests, research, and clinical trials unrelated to your treatment plan. Your rejection on these activities will not have any effect on the services and medical quality you will receive.
